General Terms and Conditions

This page is intended for publishing the general terms and conditions for ActiveNet services and products. The terms define basic rules for service delivery, ordering, invoicing, responsibilities, complaints and termination of cooperation. For customers it is important that commercial and technical rules are clear before cooperation starts. For specific projects, the conditions may be supplemented by a separate contract, security requirements or technical specification. The final legal wording will be added as a PDF and should be approved before production use.
